The New York Times has an article up with tips on preventing unintended damage to your laptop.

I was one of the many technical support professionals quoted in the piece, but it’s always fun to see your name in a high profile site like the New York Times. The NYT has a tradition of being very formal when referencing names, making it funny to at least me to see “Mr. Meister of Geek Squad” being referenced.
